FOR THE LOVE OF BOD
6-Week Wellness Challenge

Challenge Kicks Off March 2nd

Reignite your fire. Get back on track. Fall in love with sweat. Remember how good it feels to feed your body well. And, most importantly, feel like YOU again—vibrant, alive and ready to take on your world.

The #1 goal for this Challenge isn’t to make you smaller—its to help you shine brighter. But, here’s the cool thing…you will drop excess weight and other B.S. holding you back in the process. Loving yourself fit will help your body let go of what it doesn’t need and get more of what it does.

Each week, the FOR THE LOVE OF BOD Program builds in intensity and changes its focus to keep things interesting, fun and challenging (more details below). It’ll be hard work, but that’s where the change happens. So…bring it on!

The 6-Week Challenge Will Include:

  1. Do-Anywhere Body Sculpting, Metabolism Boosting Workouts. Fun, challenging workouts you’ll look forward to doing.  Workouts will build strength, stamina, balance, flexibility, agility and more.

  2. Fuss-Free, Fuel Your Vibrance Nutritional Guidelines. No deprivation, no “diets,” no obsessive calorie counting, no guesswork—just simple nutrient-rich goodness that’ll help your body and mind feel as good as you look. 

  3. Exclusive Coaching with Jaime in a Private Facebook Group. This is an awesome opportunity to be coached by Jaime directly, as she only takes on a handful of clients at a time. Jaime will host regular Facebook LIVE videos & Q&As.

  4. Proven Mindset & Lifestyle Modification Strategies. Techniques and hacks to help you flourish and make the lifestyle changes permanent.

  5. Expert Speakers To Help You Live Well.  From beauty to confidence, Jaime has rounded up some kick butt speakers to help nourish your mind and feel your best. 

  6. Prizes You Will Love. To keep you pushing, there will be a Grand Prize winner and prizes throughout the challenge.

  7. Weekly LIVE Outdoor Workouts. For those in the Central Florida area, Jaime will host a weekly IN-PERSON GROUP WORKOUT. These workouts will also be broadcast LIVE in the Facebook group for those not able to attend.
